CEO Engebret Dahm had the chance to join Christopher Vonheim in the Vonheim Podcast to tell the story about Klaveness Combinations Carriers and how we try to solve one of the biggest challenges in the shipping industry – widespread and avoidable inefficiency in the dry bulk and tanker industry.

The episode includes discussions on the market sentiment in the dry bulk and product tanker markets to which KCC’s fleet is exposed and how our fleet of combination carriers through higher efficiency (lower ballast), diversified market exposure (both tanker and dry markets ) and higher flexibility (ability to shift to highest paying market) create value to our shareholders and customers.

The backbone is how Klaveness has built a unique culture around innovation,  willingness to experiment to find new and better solutions and seeing opportunities in change including the inevitable and highly necessary decarbonization of the shipping industry.

The full episode is available on all podcast platforms, on the YouTube channel of Vonheim and also added as a new episode in KCC’s podcast “Future bound”.
