Purchase of own shares

Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (KCC) has on the 12th of June purchased 3,122 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 34.50 per share. After such purchases KCC owns a total of 6,185 shares in KCC, corresponding to 0.0129 % of the total number of issued shares in KCC. The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorization to the Board of Directors to acquire treasury shares granted by the general meeting of the Company 27 April 2020.
